Why leadership is about impact, not titles – Opeola Oluyede-Abegunde

PT: Can you tell us about your art and how you used to be?

PT: What challenges did you face like your woman, and how did you handle them?

The lady of the_nons: When I started, the public health center had a form of male leadership, making it difficult for women to be taken or given a similar opportunity.

However, by building a strengthening relationships with all kinds of men and women, to make my presence, and the continuous delivery and unique results also helped drive a playful job.

Cultural customs in Nigeria forced me to keep me in the work of the family, which was the most difficult thing because of the writing I needed.

Facilitating Groups that are very professional or different opponents in trouble walking and fulfilling contract.

Thus, I felt a lot of focus on the attachment, listening to every word, and I led up with the compassionate, relevant to the same form of recession and HIV.

To solve these challenges and endurance, as well as the way of learning results, I believe I did not defeat the barriers and steps of future leaders with future leaders in Nigeria.

PT: Can you share with one of the most effective times of your job that sets up your leadership interest?

The lady of the_nons: Not a minute but a moment … Knowing that my leadership helped to save lives, improved health, and the stress of HIV and Murchic HIV testing for leadership.

PT: How do you fulfill the needs of CEO and other aspects of your life?
