The Anambra state government has demolished a den of kidnappers hiding as a hotel along the Onitsha-Owerri road.
This was disclosed in a statement shared on the Anambra State New Media X account (formerly Twitter) on Saturday.
According to what he said, the hotel, also known as Udoka Golden Point Hotel and Suites, which is also known as “La Cruise Hotel”, was said to be a hub for robbers and other criminals.
The statement added that the hotel has more than 30 well-distributed cemeteries.
The caption reads, “Robbers, Idemili South LGA! Bring down the robbers masquerading as Udoka Golden Point Hotel and Suites AKA “La Cruise Hotel” along Onitsha-Owerri Road.
“This hotel has well-distributed tombs of over 30 people at the end of the temple complex!!”
